Cline Center Historical Event Data Publication

Description

Data publication by the Cline Center for Advanced Social Research that documents conflict issues, events, and involved agents spanning from 1945 - 2015. The data was produced using a modified and improved version of the Open Event Data Alliance’s PETRARCH-2 automated event coding software. The developed pipeline processed 14 million news articles to produce several million conflict events
